Twin Disc is seeking a Product Service Engineer to act as a core technical resource for customers, distributors, and internal teams. You will investigate product performance, support installations, and provide field training to ensure reliability and performance.

The role suits those with mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical backgrounds who enjoy hands-on troubleshooting and customer engagement. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum two years of engineering or technical service experience.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers, distributors, and service personnel.
• Lead and support product installations and start-ups, verify performance and control systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and drive improvements.
• Develop and deliver technical training and maintain service documentation.
• Travel up to 25% for field service, training, and installations.
