Klein Tools is seeking a Product Engineer II to lead design, development, and improvement of tools and related products. You will act as a technical expert, drive project outcomes, and ensure on-time delivery within the phase-gate development framework.

The role requires strong analytical and design skills, ability to manage multiple medium-to-high difficulty projects, mentor engineers, present technical and financial analyses, and collaborate with product management and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited institution or program with (2-4) years of direct work experience.
• Must possess strong oral and written skills with the ability to present technical analysis and financial justifications.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, development, and improvement of Klein Tools products and systems.
• Independent problem solving and feasibility studies for proposed products and designs.
• Coordinate and schedule activities with internal teams and vendors to meet requirements.
• Mentor engineers and communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.
