Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from ABET accredited program with 5+ years of direct work experience.
• Strong technical, analytical, planning, and organizational skills with NPD knowledge.
• Solid understanding of engineering principles and business context.
• Experience leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven conflict resolution and team leadership experience.
• Excellent written and spoken communication for technical and financial justifications.

Responsibilities

• Determine and execute design principles to meet program requirements.
• Make independent engineering decisions on problems and methods.
• Act as SME for at least one Klein Tools category.
• Lead vendor meetings to plan and coordinate work.
• Accurately estimate and build project timelines within phase gate development.
• Mentor engineers and coordinate cross-functional activities.
• Develop high-level presentations to communicate concepts to stakeholders.
