Job summary

Maverick Power in Arizona is seeking a Product Engineer to bridge manufacturing and design, focusing on panelboards, switchgear, and BOMs. You will develop drawings, review designs, and support production with DFMA principles to reduce complexity and build time.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or military equivalent with 5 years overall.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and interpreting electrical schematics.
• Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills; able to work with engineering and production.

Responsibilities

• Point of contact between production and engineering to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Review designs for power distribution and adherence to UL standards.
• Support field service during installation and commissioning remotely or onsite.
• Provide feedback to design engineers on mechanical/electrical designs.
• Assist in new product developments with the design team.
