Job summary

Maverick Power LLC is seeking a Product Engineer to bridge manufacturing and design engineering, focusing on panelboards, switchboards, and switchgear. You will create BOMs, drawings, and seek alternative components to simplify production.

You will support field service during installation and commissioning, review designs for manufacturability, and ensure compliance with UL and NEC standards in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or military equivalent for 5 years.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment (2 years minimum).
• Experience interpreting electrical schematic drawings.
• Working knowledge of UL 891/67/1558, IEEE/ANSI C37, NEC/NFPA 70E standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between production and design engineering.
• Review designs for manufacturability and UL compliance.
• Interpret customer drawings and electrical diagrams.
• Support field service during installations and commissioning.
