Job summary

lululemon is hiring a Product Operations Educator for Avalon on a contract through January 2027. You will empower guests with exceptional service, product knowledge, and seamless omnichannel experiences in-store.

Role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to travel to the assigned store as needed. Strong teamwork, inclusivity, and integrity are core values in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world class guest experience by engaging with guests and addressing needs.
• Provide top quality product education and articulate product value and benefits.
• Support seamless omnichannel experiences (buy online, pick up in store, ship from store).
• Maintain store standards through product presentation, restocking, and upkeep.
• Collaborate with team to ensure an inclusive, high energy environment.
