lululemon is seeking a dedicated Educator to deliver world-class guest service and product education in our retail stores. You will engage guests, explain product benefits, and support seamless omnichannel experiences such as buy online/pickup in store.

The role requires a passion for customer service, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering world-class guest service in a retail setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to move around a store and handle physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
• Provide technical product education and articulate product value.
• Process transactions and support omnichannel programs (e.g., buy online/pickup in store).
• Restock and present products; maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Collaborate with team to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations.
