lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our retail stores, sharing top-quality product education and connecting with the community. The Educator engages guests, supports store operations, and upholds our values of inclusion, integrity, and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities include assisting guests, presenting products, and collaborating with teammates to ensure seamless omnichannel service; flexibility to work evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the Right to Work documentation where required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and value guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide product education by articulating value and benefits to guests.
• Support omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store).
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to address issues.
