lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service in our Columbus store. You will engage guests, share top-quality product education, and embody our community and culture while supporting store operations.

You will move across the floor to assist guests, respond to feedback, and contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment. Prior retail experience and a passion for fitness help you excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering world-class guest service in a retail environment.
• Ability to communicate product education clearly to guests.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, luxury retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Execute omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store).
• Move across the floor to engage with guests and store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to address issues.
