Job summary

AptarGroup, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own the complete lifecycle of new product development initiatives within the assigned market pillar.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and with customers and suppliers to drive launches and ROI. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in packaging manufacturing, strong leadership, and experience with Planisware and structured problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar technical field.
• Master's degree in Engineering or Business preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in packaging/manufacturing with NPD experience.
• Proven customer interfacing experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Translate customer and Aptar priorities into actionable plans.
• Proactively manage risks to deliver on time and within budget.
• Deliver projects meeting customer and Aptar requirements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Innovation, Suppliers, and Customers.
• Interface with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
