Job summary

Coach, a global fashion house based in New York, seeks a Manager, Product Development RTW for Cut & Sew and Knitwear to lead the end-to-end development process from concept to bulk handoff. You will partner with Design, Merchandising, Materials Management, and Technical Design to deliver programs on schedule and within target costs.

This role requires strong sourcing oversight for fabrics and yarns, proactive calendar management, and leadership of cross-functional teams through development

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end product development for apparel.
• Coordinate fabric development with mills and yarn development for Knitwear.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Design, Merchandising, Materials Management, and Technical Design.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development for Cut & Sew and Knitwear across Runway, Runway Takedown, Collection, Multi-Channel, and Outlet.
• Partner with Design to meet quality, cost, and calendar targets throughout development.
• Manage development calendars, milestones, and external development partners.
• Lead weekly Product Team Meetings, fittings, and cross-functional milestone reviews.
• Coordinate BOMs within PLM and ensure timely sample delivery.
