Job summary

KnitWell Group in New York is seeking an Associate Product Development Manager to own and drive the product development process across woven tops, dresses, and skirts.

You will collaborate with Design and Sourcing to balance aesthetics, cost, and production feasibility while coordinating with overseas partners and managing PLM updates. A strong background in woven fabrics and PLM systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years in Product Development or Sourcing.
• Extensive knowledge of woven and tailored products.
• Strong MS Office, Excel and PLM skills.
• Experience with Bamboo Rose PLM and Adobe Illustrator is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product development process from concept to bulk production.
• Collaborate with Design and Sourcing to meet aesthetic and cost targets.
• Sourcing of raw materials and trims; manage tech packs.
• Track samples, prototypes, and approvals; update PLM.
• Coordinate with overseas partners and attend key meetings.
