Job summary

rag & bone is seeking an experienced and hands‑on Manager of Product Development and Production for cut and sew knits across Men’s and Women’s categories. You will oversee development from concept through production, working closely with Design, Merchandising, and global vendors to source fabrics, washes, and trims that meet margin, quality, and timeline targets.

The role includes managing the costing process, supporting the product calendar, and ensuring every style is developed and delivered

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of product development and production experience.
• Strong understanding of knit yarns, fabrics, trims and wash development.
• Global sourcing experience, Asia and Latin America preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end development for Men’s and Women’s knitwear, sourcing, sampling and costing.
• Partner with mills, R&D, and factories to align materials with cost strategies.
• Manage production calendars, approvals, and bulk submissions with cross‑functional teams.
• Monitor timelines, quality, and cost targets from proto to delivery.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, Product Development, or related field
