Coach, a global fashion house, is seeking a Product Development Manager for Cut & Sew and Knitwear in New York. You will lead end-to-end development, engage with mills and suppliers, manage fabric/yarn development, and align with Design, Merchandising, and Technical Design to hit seasonal goals.

The role requires 5+ years in apparel development focused on Cut & Sew and Knitwear, strong costing expertise, and excellent cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in apparel product development with Cut & Sew and Knitwear.
• Experience developing fabrics, yarns, and materials with mills and suppliers.
• Strong understanding of garment costing, fabric costing, and yarn costing.
• Knowledge of knitwear construction, yarn specs, gauges, and development processes.
• Excellent organizational and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development for Cut & Sew and Knitwear across Runway, Runway Takedown, Collection, Multi-Channel, and Outlet businesses.
• Coordinate development calendars and milestones with Design, Merchandising, Materials Management, and Technical Design.
• Manage fabric and yarn development, costing, and supplier partnerships.
• Partner with Design, Merchandising, Materials Management, and Technical Design to achieve seasonal goals.
• Lead weekly Product Team meetings and development milestones reviews.
