Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in technical/engineering or business management or equivalent
• 3+ years direct Product Development experience
• Experience in new product development or program management (Consumer Goods preferred)
• Assertive, confident, capable
• Able to cultivate and lead a high performing team that delivers results
• Excellent written, verbal and communication skills; experience addressing C-Suite and stakeholders
• Cross-functional leadership skills
• Strong bias to action and accountability
• MS Project/Excel/PPT/Visio proficiency

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional stakeholder interaction to bring products to market, including managing risks and schedule
• Collaborate with teams to ensure go-to-market strategy drives high sales
• Deliver all elements of the program from ideation to end-of-life
• Use KPIs and data to guide decision making across teams
• Identify program risks, develop mitigation/contingency plans, and track progress
• Spot resource and knowledge gaps and address them
• Channel global information to local teams and support the business
