SharkNinja is seeking a product development-focused professional to drive new products from concept through mass production at our Needham, MA headquarters. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate consumer insights into compelling product features and categories.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2+ years in product development or related fields, and possess a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or engineering with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in product development or related fields.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills and communication.

Responsibilities

• Support product development from brainstorm phase to mass production and collaborate with leadership on category direction.
• Define product specifications by balancing consumer needs and market opportunities.
• Lead competitive analyses to benchmark Shark against competitors and identify improvement areas.
• Partner with Testing and Quality teams to ensure robust product performance and quality.
