SharkNinja, based in Needham, MA, seeks a Product Developer to own the New Product Development process from concept to shelf for Shark and Ninja brands. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive timely delivery, and ensure a high-quality, fast-to-market product portfolio.

You will collaborate with marketing, engineering, and operations to manage scope, cost and schedule, escalate risks, and deliver results in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in technical/engineering or business management.
• 3+ years direct Product Development experience.
• Experience in new product development or program management; consumer goods preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to address executive audiences.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional stakeholder interaction to bring products to market.
• Collaborate to ensure go-to-market strategy drives sales.
• Deliver all elements of the program from ideation to end-of-life.
• Use KPIs and data to inform decision making across teams.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans; track progress.
• Spot resource gaps and address them.
• Channel global information to local teams; support the business.
