Qualifications

• Experience in consumer products, product development, manufacturing, quality assurance, or project coordination preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with PLM systems or project management software a plus.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Product & Quality Coordinator to support the end-to-end product development process. This role serves as a critical link between Product Development, Quality and design. Partnering with manufacturing teams, testing laboratories, and customer accounts to ensure products are developed, tested, documented, and delivered on schedule while meeting the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Product Quality & Development

• Review and inspect product development samples to ensure quality expectations are met throughout the development process.
• Partner closely with Product Development and Engineering teams to identify issues, recommend improvements, and maintain product integrity.
• Track development milestones and ensure quality standards are consistently achieved.

Product Testing & Compliance

• Coordinate with third-party testing laboratories to manage testing schedules, sample submissions, and result tracking.
• Monitor testing timelines to ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Communicate testing outcomes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any compliance or quality concerns.

Technical Documentation

• Upload and maintain technical specifications, compliance documents, engineering files, and product documentation within customer account portals.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted according to seasonal deadlines.

Customer & Cross-Functional Partnership

• Build strong working relationships with customer Quality and Product teams.
• Serve as a key point of contact for quality-related communication and project updates.
• Coordinate effectively with Product Management, Engineering, Industrial Design, Sales, and overseas manufacturing partners throughout the product lifecycle.

Sample Management

• Manage the movement of product samples between internal teams, factories, laboratories, and customers.
• Maintain detailed sample tracking systems and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Ensure all sampling deadlines are met and priorities are effectively managed.

Presentation & Creative Support

• Coordinate product photography requests and manage the organization of sample assets.
• Submit and manage rendering requests for product visuals used in presentations and customer meetings.
• Assist in preparing and finalizing professional product presentations for internal reviews and customer presentations.

Project Coordination

• Facilitate day-to-day communication across Product Development, Engineering, Industrial Design, overseas factories, testing laboratories, and customer teams.
• Track project timelines, identify potential risks, and proactively communicate updates.
• Support multiple seasonal product development calendars while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Product Development, Industrial Design, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in consumer products, product development, manufacturing, quality assurance, or project coordination is preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook); experience with customer portals, PLM systems, or project management software is a plus.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
