Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an associate's, bachelor's, master's, or doctoral program, or have graduated within the past year.
• Must be able to work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule with 5 days per week onsite in Needham, MA
• 100% on consumer-first perspective when introducing new products or processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across teams
• Ability to build relationships across multi-functional teams and manage multiple projects
• Experience with Microsoft Office preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Development to help with successful product launches of new Shark products
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing and Creative teams on packaging and instruction guides updates
• Assist in defining product specifications relating to replacement components
• Develop design targets for product performance and user experience (KPIs, consumer satisfaction)
• Act as a product expert for cross-functional team questions
• Assist with new product setups and information management for consumer research and competitive landscapes
