Job summary

NBH Bank in Missouri, USA is seeking a Product Development Analyst to support new payments and digital banking initiatives across consumer, small business, and commercial lines.

You will gather market intelligence, assist in business cases, coordinate with product managers and vendors, and help plan projects from ideation to completion while ensuring training and communications are prepared for rollout.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant job experience with bank operations.
• Valid driver’s license and driving history checked.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of new products and enhancements in payments & digital banking.
• Gather market intelligence and data to support product recommendations and business cases.
• Plan, oversee, and lead projects from ideation through completion with vendors.
• Collaborate with internal teams on product changes and training needs.
• Analyze data with Finance to ensure products meet financial expectations and track KPIs.
