NBH Bank is seeking a Digital Business Analyst Senior to drive solutions across internal business units and external partners. You will manage daily product and Tier 2 operations support for our digital products and services, ensuring reliability and customer focus.

In this hybrid role, you will lead process design, workflow automation, and vendor collaboration while staying aligned with banking regulations and data analytics practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 5-7+ years of relevant job experience in banking and technology.
• Experience with bank systems, project management, vendor partnerships.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Bridge internal business units and external vendors to enable solutions.
• Provide daily Product + Tier 2 Operational Support for digital products and services.
• Lead planning, design and execution of department processes and training.
• Analyze current and future banking system processes to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and priorities.
