NBH Bank is seeking a Product Development Analyst to support new products and enhancements in payments and digital banking for consumer, small business, and commercial lines.

You will gather market intelligence, plan projects with the Product Manager, and coordinate with vendors to understand current and future functionality. Build reporting, train teams, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality work.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant job experience with bank operations.
• Driving may be required with this position and a valid driver's license is required.

Responsabilités

• Support execution of new products and enhancements in payments & digital banking.
• Gather market intelligence and data to support product recommendations and business cases.
• Plan, oversee, and lead projects from ideation through completion with vendors.
• Collaborate with internal teams on product changes and training needs.
• Analyze data with Finance to determine financial performance and manage vendor relationships.
