Job Description

It starts with our culture ...

Common sense has never been common.

If it were, the world would be a different place. Things would run smoothly and on time. People would do what they say and say what they do. Everything would be fair, without all the small talk. And banks would only sell you what you need. When a banker looked at a client, they wouldn’t just see a number, they’d see a dad or a mom or a graduate or a business owner. Our Bankers understand the complexities of people’s lives and offer simple solutions.

That's the basics of Relationships. Fairness. Simplicity®.

We have a long-standing commitment to Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. Through our banking relationships, investing, grants, and volunteerism, NBH Bank promotes the growth, revitalization and sustainability of the communities we serve. We believe that these are important elements in building and sustaining a successful organization and a positive, results-driven culture. We strive for all of our associates to feel welcome and empowered at work.

As a Product Development Analyst, you will support the execution of new products and enhancements in payments & digital banking for consumer, small business, and commercial business lines. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including serving as a key contributor in the gathering of market intelligence and other data to support new product recommendations and business cases. You will work with the Product Manager to help plan, oversee, and lead assigned projects from ideation through to completion, and partner with existing vendors to understand current and future functionality of existing systems. Collaborate with internal teams on product changes, communicating product and service updates to the training team to assist with training needs. Product Development Analysts serve as subject matter expert for assigned products and services, collaborate with Finance to analyze data used to determine if product meets financial expectations, manage assigned vendor relationships including ongoing communication and incident escalation, assisting in testing of new and existing product enhancements, and helping with other duties as needed. All associates are expected to build a great rapport with clients and fellow associates and treat others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.

All associates are expected to maintain current knowledge and consistent compliance with regulations and bank policies and procedures related to the position, including but not limited to Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), Consumer Financial Protection Board (CFPB), and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements.

Desired Skills:
  • 5+ years of previous banking experience
  • Associate’s degree, or relevant combination of education and job experience
