Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with bank objectives and customer needs.
• Own end-to-end delivery and performance for Commercial Digital products.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to inform direction.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog and coordinate with technology, operations, and cross-functional partners.
• Serve as the voice of the customer and translate feedback into insights and enhancements.
• Partner with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Sales to support product success.
• Monitor product performance, mitigate risks, and report progress to leadership.
• Promote continuous improvement through feedback loops and iterative development.
• Coordinate dependencies across internal and external teams for seamless execution.
• Foster a team environment focused on curiosity, accountability, and customer-first thinking.
