Job summary

NBH Bank is hiring a Product Development Analyst to support new products and enhancements in payments and digital banking across consumer, small business, and commercial lines. You will work with the Product Manager to plan and lead projects, and partner with vendors to understand current and future functionality.

You will collaborate with Finance and other teams to ensure financial alignment and successful launches.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant job experience with bank operations.
• Driving may be required with this position; valid driver’s license required and will be verified.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of new products and enhancements in payments and digital banking for consumer, small business, and commercial lines.
• Gather market intelligence and data to support new product recommendations and business cases.
• Partner with Product Manager to plan, oversee, and lead projects from ideation to completion.
• Collaborate with internal teams on product changes and communicate updates to training teams.
• Act as subject matter expert for assigned products and services; analyze data with Finance to assess financial expectations.
• Manage vendor relationships and ongoing communication, including incident escalation; assist in testing of new and existing product enhancements.
