Job summary

NBH Bank is seeking a Data Analyst I to join our Business Analytics & Network Strategy team in Kansas City. You will work with the Senior Reporting Manager to develop production and performance reporting using modern BI tools, with a focus on data integrity and actionable insights.

The role requires knowledge of banking products and markets, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business analytics or data analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data collection, processing, and analysis from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across analytics processes.
• Design and deliver comprehensive reports and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Technology, Operations, HR, Marketing, and Finance to identify trends and opportunities.
