Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Workforce Development, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Experience in project management and curriculum development.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects with deadlines and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments and analyze workforce trends.
• Coordinate curriculum development and customization with internal/external stakeholders.
• Identify potential instructors and subject matter experts; assist in scheduling and resources.
• Manage multiple training-development projects from concept to implementation and review.
