Job summary

The State of South Carolina is seeking a Product Developer to support the development and continuous improvement of customized workforce and corporate training products. You will work across Corporate & Continuing Education to translate employer training needs into high-quality solutions and coordinate curriculum development and instructor options.

This role requires strong organization, the ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities, and collaborative skills to work with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
Experience managing or coordinating multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business technology applications.

Responsibilities

Develop and improve customized training products for employers.
Conduct training needs assessments and research workforce trends.
Coordinate curriculum development and instructor options.
Manage multiple training-development projects from concept to review and finalization.
