Midlands Technical College is seeking a Product Developer to support the development and continuous improvement of customized workforce and corporate training products, collaborating across Corporate & Continuing Education. The role requires researching trends, developing solutions, and coordinating curriculum development to meet employer partner needs.

This position will be located on the Midlands Technical College Harbison and Northeast Campuses, and requires a Bachelor's or Master’s degree

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Education, Workforce Development, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Experience in project management, product or program development, workforce development, corporate training, continuing education, curriculum development.
• Masters degree in related field; experience in adult education; ability to work with faculty or industry SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments and research workforce trends and resources.
• Develop and customize training solutions and curricula.
• Coordinate curriculum development and assemble instructional materials.
• Manage multiple training-development projects from concept to program review.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to advance implementation.
