Palm Beach State College in Florida is seeking a temporary Training Designer to design and develop training programs, courses, and educational tools under the Continuing Education Department. You will create course materials, assessments, and integrate instructional technologies for a six-month assignment.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of related experience, with strong communication skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Designs learning solutions for employees, students, or clients.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy.
• Uses multiple formats (print, audio, visual, and multimedia) and selects the best format for the audience.
• Evaluates the results of training programs and updates future programs to meet goals.
• Provides support to faculty and departments in course development and delivery.
• Consultations with subject matter experts to identify and obtain training objectives and content.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
