Job summary

Raycap, Inc. in North Charleston, SC is seeking a Training Specialist to design, implement, and deliver training programs that support safety, quality, and operational excellence.

The role collaborates with production, quality, engineering, and HR to identify needs, build curricula, assess effectiveness, and facilitate hands-on learning experiences, building a skilled and engaged workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, technical field, Education, Training, or related.
• At least 2 years of training design, development, delivery experience in manufacturing.
• Training certification (ATD/CPTD/CPTM) preferred.
• Knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality systems.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office and LMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update training materials for safety, equipment use, procedures, and quality.
• Deliver interactive training sessions using varied methods for new and current staff.
• Assess skills and tailor targeted training to individuals and teams.
• Maintain training records and generate performance improvement reports.
• Continuously improve content to align with evolving standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with operational goals.
