Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, Education or related field; or a Bachelor’s degree with significant professional/industry experience in networking, computing, data analytics, cloud technologies, BI, cybersecurity or related tech fields.
• Prior teaching or technical education experience in higher ed, corporate training, or workforce development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver advanced IT systems administration training to public-sector audiences using current technologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with partners to identify workforce needs, assess training gaps, and develop content.
• Promote programs with marketing to increase enrollment and stay aligned with industry trends.
