Responsibilities

• Support product discovery, design, enhancement, and continuous improvement for nCino and CreditLens.
• Collaborate with business, tech teams, ops partners, and vendors to craft product solutions.
• Translate business needs into user stories, flows, acceptance criteria, and requirements.
• Analyze lending workflows to identify automation and efficiency opportunities.
• Document requirements and act as liaison between business and tech teams.
• Support platform enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and issue resolution.
