Job summary

Instagram is seeking a Product Designer to lead the Shop Everything initiative, turning creators' content into storefronts and enabling native shopping across Feed, Reels, Stories, and Profile. You will design end-to-end experiences for creators to monetize content and for consumers to purchase, with AI-assisted flows and a cross-catalog marketplace.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building and shipping applications at company scale.
• Experience defining end-to-end experiences within a large, ambiguous domain.
• Experience presenting work to executives and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in typography, UI, layout, and visual aesthetics.
• Experience with AI prototyping, prompt engineering, and tool integration.
• Understanding of the creator ecosystem and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end creator commerce experience from product discovery to earnings.
• Design shoppable content formats that are native, trustworthy, and delightful.
• Innovate on AI-assisted creation flows to reduce friction and enable new behaviors.
• Define the end-to-end purchase experience from interest to checkout.
• Rebuild product detail pages around AI-assisted decision-making.
• Design a persistent cross-app cart and trusted checkout processes.
• Establish interaction models for delegated purchasing and user control.
• Drive long-term vision for creator commerce and conversion across Instagram.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to build conviction.
