Job summary

Meta is seeking a Product Designer for Shop Everything to lead end-to-end creator commerce experiences across Instagram surfaces, enabling creators to monetize content and audiences to shop seamlessly. You will shape AI-assisted flows like auto-tagging and cross-catalog search, and design a persistent cart that spans feeds, Reels, Stories, and Profile.

The role emphasizes craft, cross-functional collaboration, and ownership of a core initiative as Meta scales creator commerce across the platform.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience designing and shipping consumer software at scale.
• Experience leading end-to-end creator commerce experiences.
• Strong interaction design with prototyping to demonstrate how interactions work.
• Strong visual design with typography, layout, color and UI considerations.
• Strategic product thinking with goals and global opportunities.
• Experience presenting to executives and communicating goals clearly.

Responsibilities

• Define the end-to-end creator commerce experience—from discovery to earnings and insights.
• Design shoppable content formats that feel native, trustworthy, and delightful for consumers while rewarding creators.
• Innovate on AI-assisted creation flows (auto-tagging, cross-catalog search, product suggestions) to reduce friction.
• Define the end-to-end purchase experience—from interest to cart and checkout.
• Rebuild product detail pages around AI-assisted decision-making, not just product info.
• Design a persistent, cross-app cart that fits how people browse over time.
• Establish the interaction model for agentic purchase: delegation, control, transparency, recovery.
• Design for trust across a multi-catalog world with third-party sellers and varying checkout models.
• Drive long-term vision for creator commerce and conversion with leadership and cross-functional partners.
