Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, CS, or related field.
• 4+ years of product design experience at scale.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of multi-surface product experiences.
• Experience leading end-to-end development with XFN teams, roadmaps, and high-impact decisions balancing user needs with business growth.
• Expertise in advanced prototyping techniques, including functional prototypes or emerging technologies.
• Comfort with data: using metrics, research, and experimentation to inform design decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable impact.
• Experience adhering to responsible, ethical AI practices (risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality checks).
• Ongoing AI skill development (prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Involved in every aspect of the product development process from brainstorming to pixel-level refinements.
• Utilize product design, interaction design, and visual design skills across multiple surfaces.
• Lead end-to-end development efforts with Cross Functional Network (XFN) teams and design roadmaps.
• Drive high-impact decisions balancing user needs with business growth objectives.
