Qualifications

• Experience designing end-to-end consumer experiences with a focus on creator commerce.
• Strong visual design craft across desktop and mobile interfaces.
• Ability to translate user needs into clear product goals and executions.
• Excellent communication of goals and concepts to executives and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end creator commerce experience from discovery to earnings and insights.
• Design shoppable formats that feel native, trustworthy, and delightful for consumers while rewarding creators.
• Innovate on AI-assisted creation flows (auto-tagging, cross-catalog search, product suggestions).
• Define end-to-end purchase experience from interest to checkout.
• Rebuild product detail page around AI-assisted decision-making rather than static information.
• Design a persistent cross-app cart that supports intermittent browsing without immediate intent to buy.
• Establish interaction model for agentic purchase: delegation, control, transparency, recovery.
• Design for trust across a multi-catalog world with third-party sellers and varying checkout models.
• Drive long-term vision for creator commerce and conversion with leadership and partners.
