Amazon Web Services, Inc. is hiring a Product Designer within the SSOG portfolio to shape AI-native cloud experiences. You will own the full lifecycle of customer outcomes, from problem framing to shipped production experiences, across Security, Search, Observability, and Governance services.

The role emphasizes building agentic workflows, reusable patterns, and scalable experience frameworks, collaborating closely with engineers and AI systems to move ideas from concept to customer impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of design experience.
• Have an available online portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Design high-impact product experiences across SSOG, including console and off-console surfaces such as APIs, AI agents, and developer tooling.
• Own end-to-end experience: problem framing, success metrics, workflows, prototyping, and production delivery.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure feasibility and production-ready designs.
