Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience supporting senior business leaders.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience coaching and developing HR professionals.
• Experience translating business priorities into people strategies for organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Directly leads a team of HR Business Partners, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
• Develop and implement people strategies that drive business performance and employee engagement.
• Partner with leaders to foster accountability, trust, inclusion, and high performance.
