Job summary

TikTok is seeking a product design intern to collaborate with our UED Monetization team. You will collect user feedback, develop empathy for users, and work cross‑functionally with design, product, and marketing to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in HCI or related design discipline.
• Experience designing and shipping end-to-end products.
• Ability to provide design variations with rationale for design choices.
• Availability for a 12-week full-time internship during Summer 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end design of internal tools and platforms for TikTok global employees.
• Own every aspect of a product's design from solving the core user challenge to shipping a pixel-perfect UI.
• Create and test rough prototypes early in the design process to build confidence in a solution.
• Design high-fidelity UI and UX specs to clearly communicate requirements to engineers.
