Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/ Master’s degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Some experience (e.g., through academic projects or internships) with software engineering teams and collaboration.
• Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms, with proficiency in at least one language (Python, Go, Java).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team and take ownership.
• Passion for exploring new technologies and developing problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing innovative products for brand and influencer collaborations using AI and content understanding.
• Support technical direction and roadmap alignment to maximize TikTok ads and creator monetization growth.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to provide technical leadership within the creative ecosystem team.
• Help design and implement key projects in the creator monetization ecosystem ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Coordinate with team to ensure systems align with product objectives and requirements.
• Participate in defining and executing long-term technical roadmaps; engage in strategic decisions.
• Work with global R&D and product teams in a fast-paced TikTok environment.
