Ladders is seeking a Product Counsel, Data Products to guide global product teams on AI-related legal issues, data protection, and consumer rights. You will partner with engineering, partnerships, privacy, and product stakeholders to support product development from concept through launch in a remote setting.

The role requires 8+ years of legal experience in tech-focused environments, with strong knowledge of GDPR/CCPA and cloud-based API services.

For our client, we are seeking a Product Counsel, Data Products to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will provide legal guidance to product teams working on data-driven offerings, with a particular focus on AI-related issues, consumer rights, and global data privacy requirements. You will partner closely with engineering, partnerships, privacy, and product stakeholders to support product development from concept through launch. The position calls for practical, business-minded counsel that helps the organization move quickly while managing regulatory risk.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $160,000 – $190,000 annually
