Larson Maddox is seeking a Lead Product Counsel to partner with Product, Engineering, Security and Technology teams across the full product lifecycle. This senior role focuses on strategic guidance on AI, privacy, data governance, IP and emerging technologies to enable responsible innovation and scalable legal processes.

The successful candidate will influence product strategy, draft governance frameworks, conduct risk assessments, and advise on technology transactions.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active U.S. bar membership.
• 7-10+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience advising Product, Engineering, Technology, or Innovation teams.
• Experience supporting complex technology products and services in-house.
• Strong understanding of privacy, intellectual property, technology transactions, and product-related legal issues.
• Familiarity with AI governance, data usage, and emerging technology developments.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial judgement and a practical approach to risk management.

Responsibilities
