Qualifications

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel, Data And Content to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This attorney will play a key role in shaping the legal framework for data acquisition, licensing, and distribution across a fast-moving technology business. The position requires close partnership with internal stakeholders to support compliant growth while balancing intellectual property, privacy, and regulatory considerations. You will help build practical legal processes, advise on emerging AI-related issues, and guide the organization through complex commercial and content-related matters.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $160,000 – $203,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate data and content agreements, including licensing and distribution contracts.
• Conduct research and develop proposals for data procurement and distribution.
• Advise stakeholders on data rights, regulatory compliance, and privacy matters.
• Collaborate with the content team on data acquisition and distribution policies.
