Job description

For our client, we are seeking an Associate General Counsel - Product - Partnerships to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will serve as a key legal partner to product and research organizations, helping guide strategy across the full product lifecycle. The attorney will support complex technology transactions and strategic partnerships while helping build the processes and infrastructure of a new product legal function in a fast-moving technology environment. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, outside counsel, and non-lawyer stakeholders to turn complex legal issues into practical business guidance.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Compensation: $160,000 - $200,000 annually.

• Ability to navigate novel legal questions in a rapidly evolving tech landscape
• Desire to enhance team efficiency and leverage AI tools
