Job summary

Wurth Industry US is seeking a Product Compliance Specialist to gather, verify, and manage product compliance data across the supply chain. You will respond to customer requests, prepare certificates and declarations, and work with internal teams to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 2 years in product compliance or regulatory affairs. Travel up to 5% is expected.

Responsibilities

• Gather, verify, maintain, and communicate product compliance information.
• Respond to customer requests with timely, professional communications.
• Prepare declarations, certificates, and supporting docs for customers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Product Management, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, Legal, Environmental, Sustainability.
• Escalate regulatory uncertainty or significant risk as needed.
• Support audits, supplier reviews, and information requests.
