Wurth Industry US is seeking a Product Compliance Specialist to gather, verify, and maintain product-related compliance data. You will be a key liaison among suppliers, internal product teams, compliance, Sales, Customer Service, and customers to ensure accurate, current information.

You will handle declarations, safety documentation, labeling, and regulatory filings, translating technical data into clear communications and supporting audits and supplier reviews as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in product compliance, regulatory affairs, quality, product stewardship, technical documentation, customer support, supply chain, or a related function.
• Experience gathering, reviewing, organizing, and communicating technical or compliance-related information.
• Experience with document management systems or compliance management is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Collect product compliance information from suppliers, manufacturers, internal product teams, and regulatory sources.
• Review certifications, declarations, chemistry information, technical and safety documentation for completeness and applicability.
• Maintain accurate records of product compliance information and responses.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Product Management, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, Legal, Environmental, Sustainability to resolve questions and maintain lifecycle compliance.
• Support audits, supplier reviews, and information requests.
