Job summary

Wurth Industry US is seeking a Product Compliance Specialist to gather and maintain product compliance information, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and respond to customer requests across the lifecycle.

The role requires strong communication, documentation, and regulatory knowledge. You will support audits, supplier reviews, and market expansions while upholding confidentiality and data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in compliance, regulatory affairs, environmental science, chemistry, engineering, supply chain, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in product compliance, regulatory affairs, quality, product stewardship, or related function.
• Experience gathering, reviewing, organizing, and communicating technical or compliance information.
• Experience with product lifecycle management, ERP, compliance management, or document management systems preferred.
• Experience in distribution, industrial products, or fasteners preferred.
• Experience with a global manufacturer or multinational group preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect product compliance information from suppliers and internal teams.
• Review certifications, declarations, and safety data for accuracy and currency.
• Maintain records of compliance information and responses.
• Track actions, due dates, and document expirations.
• Coordinate with Stakeholders to resolve compliance questions throughout the product lifecycle.
• Prepare customer-facing responses, declarations, and supporting documentation.
• Translate technical/regulatory information into clear communications for audiences.
• Monitor regulatory changes and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Support audits, supplier reviews, and information requests.
