Job summary

Würth Industry USA seeks a Trade Compliance Specialist to ensure import and export transactions comply with applicable laws and maintain compliant, auditable records. You will collaborate with logistics, procurement, sales, finance, and customs brokers to ensure shipments meet regulatory requirements.

The role starts at $80,000 and may include an annual incentive bonus. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of trade compliance experience are expected; CCS certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supply chain or related field.
• 2+ years of import/export operations or trade compliance.
• CCS certification is a plus.
• Experience with customs brokers and freight forwarders.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Generate and validate import/export documentation.
• Verify classifications, country of origin, and declared values.
• Coordinate with brokers for filings and export declarations.
• Prepare export filings (AES/EEI).
• Maintain complete, auditable trade records.
• Support internal audits and regulatory inquiries.
