Job summary

Wurth Industry US in Bondurant, IA, seeks a Product Compliance Specialist to gather, verify, and maintain product compliance information, coordinating with suppliers, manufacturing, sales, and customer service to support accurate and timely responses.

You will translate complex regulatory data into clear communications, track documents and expiry dates, and help drive process improvements across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field and 2+ years in product compliance or regulatory affairs.
• Experience gathering, organizing, and communicating technical or compliance information.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management and document management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect product compliance information from suppliers, manufacturers, internal teams, and regulatory sources.
• Review certifications, declarations, safety information for accuracy and currency.
• Maintain records of compliance information and supporting documents.
• Track open actions, due dates, document expirations, supplier responses, and customer commitments.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve compliance questions across the product lifecycle.
• Respond to customer requests for product compliance information promptly and professionally.
• Prepare declarations and certificates for customers.
• Monitor regulatory changes and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Support audits and supplier reviews related to product compliance.
